What determines the price of a project?

Scope: one discipline or electronics, firmware and mechanics together.
PCB complexity: layer count, power level, RF and connectivity.
Certification and EMC requirements.
Enclosure design and manufacturing process.
Number of prototypes and production units.

These factors change the effort a lot from one project to another, which is why we quote each project individually instead of publishing fixed prices.
